Geraldton Shore Care Community is located in the regional hub of Western Australia’s mid-west, our spacious and modern Care Community is well-positioned to access the best amenities of the beautiful beachside city of Geraldton. Known for our deep community ties, connection is at the heart of our home, and we warmly welcome friends, family and volunteers. With spacious living areas and modern yet homely furnishings, Geraldton Shore is a thriving and inclusive environment known for expert care and friendly hospitality.

Care at Geraldton Shore

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Geraldton Shore

Our diverse mix of cultural heritage is a point of connection for residents and team, and our social activities often recognise culture through food and music. Our large open plan lounge is the hub of our home. Residents include artists, others who enjoy cooking or gardening, sports enthusiasts and avid readers, so there’s someone for everyone to connect with and always plenty to do.
