Our Care Community provides compassionate, personalised care with registered nurses available onsite 24/7 and a dedicated wellbeing team. Led by experienced professionals, our team offers residential aged care, respite care, dementia care, and palliative care.

Our newly renovated Memory Care Neighbourhood (MCN) provides a safe and supportive environment for those living with dementia, with thoughtfully designed private rooms, outdoor gardens, and communal spaces to promote wellbeing.

Phillip Island Care Community features modern single rooms with private ensuites and a variety of amenities to enhance daily life. Residents and families can enjoy barista-style coffee in our café, relax in the landscaped courtyards, or indulge in a visit to the hair and beauty salon.

Our Care Community offers various social activities to foster friendship and connection, with offerings such as music, art, entertainment, and events. Additional amenities include a gym, library, multimedia room, and chapel.
