Welcome to Warrandyte Gardens Care Community

Warrandyte Gardens Care Community is located at the foot of the Yarra Ranges between Warrandyte and Ringwood, our Care Community has easy access to the Eastern Freeway and is less than 40 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. Our gracious Care Community retains its original façade with wrap around verandahs, leadlight windows, and a modern extension with well-appointed lounge, dining and living spaces.

Care at Warrandyte Gardens

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly.

We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Warrandyte Gardens

We’re known as much for our spectacular rose gardens, which delight residents and families and keep our green thumbs busy year-round, as much as we are for our love of music. Our resident choir has been running for years and gets involved in everything from performing songs to playing music and musical bingo. Residents participate in daily walks, arts, crafts and some enjoy building wooden wildlife boxes to donate to community organisations.

It’s an environment where you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Warrandyte Gardens life – so you can enjoy your day, your way.

I am so glad I found Warrandyte Gardens Care Community. My parents moved in over 12 months go. They settled in well and they were soon raving on how lovely all the staff were. Saying they can't do enough for you. Mum passed away 9 months after moving in from a lot of medical reasons. I am so happy and grateful with the care and love she was giving from the staff in her last few days. Mum called them all beautiful. Dad said when he first move in to support Mum he used to think once she died, he would be out of there the next day. He said now though , i think of it as home and the staff as family. They look after me so well , I don't want to go anywhere, its my home. I truly can't thank all the staff who cared for Mum and now just Dad enough. Our family will be forever grateful to you all. Thank you all at Warrendyte Gardens!
