Welcome to Bathurst Riverview Care Community

Bathurst Riverview Care Community opened in 2019 and is a modern country resort-style Care Community offering beautifully designed living spaces and carefully crafted rooms. Located near the Bathurst town centre in NSW, we enjoy sweeping views over the Macquarie River.

Community is at the heart of our daily lifestyle. Our farmyard, bowling green, and children’s play area are welcoming places for residents, family, and friends to enjoy time together throughout the seasons.

Care at Bathurst Riverview

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. Our state-of-the-art wellness centre enables residents to benefit from a holistic approach to wellbeing, rehabilitation and restorative care in a welcoming environment. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily Living at Bathurst Riverview

Our residents enjoy looking after our poddy goats and silky chickens in our farmyard, which enables reminiscence and ways for residents to keep participating in things they’ve done all their lives. Our garden is well-tended by our resident green thumbs, who harvest the produce for our chef to take from paddock to plate. Community connections are important to us and our faith-based visitors, kindergarten and retirement village neighbours are a special part of our Bathurst Riverview family.

Great environment with supportive staff and clinical managers. Had a great 1 year working with them and its one of the most positive nursing homes i have been to. ❤️ Always open to discussion and feedback. Staff morale is high, residents are happier and have a safer environment.
