Welcome to Mandurah Coast Care Community

Mandurah Coast Care Community is located in the coastal town of Mandurah and our light-filled home is conveniently located to take in the amenities of the regional centre. Set amongst towering trees providing a leafy outlook from most vantage points, our Care Community has many peaceful areas inside and out perfect for catching up with family and friends. Our memory care neighbourhood provides a safe and inclusive environment for residents who are living with dementia.

Care at Mandurah Coast

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Mandurah Coast

Residents with a green thumb enjoy tending our elevated garden beds, with the fresh food produce going straight to our chef to cook up in delicious hearty meals. Others who like creative pursuits enjoy playing the piano, listening to music new and old, arts and craft or painting project to brighten our hallways.

It’s an environment where you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Mandurah Coast life – so you can enjoy your day, your way.

I was at Mandurah Coast Care for 4 weeks doing work experience for my course and the experience as well as the facility was wonderful. The staff were always kind, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Their genuine care and compassion created a warm and inclusive environment for all. The daily activities and the general care that was provided was warming to see as it was well thought out and well organised! Overall my experience was very positive all round!! 😊

I did 2 weeks placement at Mandurah Coast Care (Opal Health) and found the entire staff to be so lovely. The staff and residents all interact as though family. It was amazing to see. The facility and daily activities are great and well thought out/prepared for all variety of resident needs 😊
