Welcome to Alfred Cove Care Community

In the heart of Melville, our modern and spacious Care Community is well located to enjoy outings to nearby Marmion Reserve and Garden City Mall. Access to the Perth CBD is easy, with ample public transport options.

Care at Alfred Cove

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. Our state-of-the-art wellness centre enables residents to benefit from a holistic approach to wellbeing, rehabilitation and restorative care in a welcoming environment. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care. 

Daily living at Alfred Cove

Known for our vibrant community atmosphere, Alfred Cove offers inviting living areas flowing seamlessly from indoor to outdoor, and an on-site self-service café, ideal for socialising or enjoying moments of quiet reflection.

We have an active group of resident volunteers who operate our in-home grocery store, affectionately known as the ‘OGA’, and run flower arranging workshops. Community partners regularly bring animals of all shapes and sizes to visit, our resident gardening enthusiasts tend to our plants and gardens, and for those who are music-lovers, we encourage music and song around our grand piano.

It’s an environment where you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Alfred Cove life – so you can enjoy your day, your way.

Thank you to Kio and his team there for the support and care they have provided to my mother. I currently live overseas, and am only able to write letters home to her between visits. So Kio and his staff make sure that the pictures I send get put up in her room, and that the letters get read to her in person. It is this attention to the smaller, more personal details, in her care that I really appreciate the most. Thank you again.
