Frequently asked questions

  • We have over 40 years of experience in providing the best care for our residents. Today, we have 7,000 residents in our care and more than 10,000 team members. We are committed to making life as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

  • Our Care Communities offer long-term residential aged care as well as respite care and rehabilitation in our wellness centres. Every Care Community offers dementia care and palliative care and with 89 locations across Australia we want to help you find the ideal one for you.

Taking an active role in the community is at the heart of our approach to care. To us, community means nurturing important relationships both inside and outside the home, encouraging peoples' hobbies and interests, offering or receiving a helping hand when it’s needed, providing companionship and stimulation, and enabling our residents to continue to contribute to society in ways that are meaningful to them. In the community our residents, families, and team have a sense of place and belonging.
