Assistant in Nursing roles require you to have a Certificate Three in Individual Support.
Registered Nurses are required to have a Bachelor of Nursing degree and a current AHPRA registration.
Hospitality Attendants are required to have a Certificate Four in Commercial Cookery, Diploma in Hospitality Management and/or Post Graduate qualifications that are industry relevant.
Lifestyle Officers are required to have a Certificate Four/Diploma of Individual Support, Ageing or Leisure and Health Well-Being or Therapeutic Recreation or Occupational Therapy or Diversional Therapy.

Yes, you are required to have a current police check to work in aged care. If you do not hold a valid check Opal can organise this for you as part of the recruitment process.
We also conduct two (2) reference checks and a medical check which may include pre-employment drug testing.
