Alberto – Registered Nurse

Nurses are an essential part of our Care Community teams. Alberto started as an Assistant in Nursing, then continued to train and work as a Registered Nurse before progressing his career as a Clinical Educator. “My goal here is always to ensure our residents live their best life". Aged care nurses find purpose and meaning in their work as they spend time with our elders.

Naomy - Care Manager

Naomy came to Australia from Kenya, and studied to be a nurse. As part of her studies, Naomy undertook a placement at an aged care home and was surprised at how much she enjoyed it. Naomy moved up to Care Manager at Opal HealthCare and is now an acting General Manager. She is proud to say "I work as an aged care nurse and I love my job."

Vinnie - General Manager

Vinni began her career as a registered nurse, progressively working her way up to become a Regional Care Assessment manager and then a General Manager. She says, "from people management to role modelling, I strive to not be average but to be excellent.
